Using the Assyst Bullmer CAD technology we design and make patterns and also use this software to create our cutting markers to obtain maximum fabric yield. 100% dyed fabric is checked before cutting and complete panels are checked and numbered after cutting to minimize bottle necks in production and achieve defect free garments.
