FABRICS & COLORS
The most important step is to make the correct fabric according to the customer requirement and testing parameters. Therefore, after in depth analysis of tech packs, we choose the correct yarn count, knitting machine size and guage to make the perfect finished fabric. Meanwhile, lab dips are developed to get approval for bulk dyeing. We use Azo-free eco friendly reactive dyes. Yarn , Greige fabric and dyed fabric are all tested and checked to obtain defect free fabric. Our goal is to have 2 weeks of fabric on floor to ensure un-interrupted garment production.
